Macbook Air M1 Vibrating on touch when connected to external monitor and while charging

Hello everyone

I recently got a new Macbook Air M1 2020 and noticed that if I run my fingers through the back of the device or the area above the function keys I can feel a sort of electrical vibration. I noticed this happens on two scenarios. First I noticed it does this while charging with the charger included in the box but also when I connect my external monitor. For this I use a displayport cable connected to my Macbook with a displayport to USB-C dongle/adapter. There is no pass through charging involved here.

Would really appreciate if someone could confirm whether this is normal or harfmul to the macbook. Thank you for your help
