UPS delivered an empty box
I ordered an iPhone about few days ago, but when UPS driver delivered my package, the box was empty. From the tracking information on UPS, it's clear that box wasn't empty when Apple gave the package to UPS.
I reported this incident to both Apple and UPS. Apple said they wouldn't give me refund or replacement. They said they would issue refund only when I send the device back to apple which I never had (Strange)
UPS said they're still investigating this incident and they were waiting paperwork from Apple so they could give me refund. But Apple is still telling me that investigation is complete.
What should I do now?
