Help understanding MCA Error report
Can anyone tell what the problem is here? The Mac Pro (2013), running Monterey 12.2, keeps crashing, I suspect the attached Raid is the culprit, but I cannot tell.
Thanks
Mac Pro, macOS 12.2

MCA (Machine Check Architecture errors) are usually due to hardware, but sometimes a driver may cause the problem.
Are there any other Kernel Panic logs which can be found in the "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" folder. Maybe one of the other Kernel Panic log files are in tact. Post several if available.
Make sure to connect your RAID drive to a different channel than the Displays are connected if possible.
Use multiple displays with your Mac Pro (Late 2013) - Apple Support
Can you test the computer with the RAID disconnected to see if you still encounter the problem?
To look for possible software issues you can run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper. If you give EtreCheck "Full Disk Access", then the report will include extra information including a summary of the recent logs which may provide some clues.
Also try disconnect all external devices (keyboard, mouse, monitor of course are needed) in case another device is causing the problem.
Run the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.
Here is another thread where other users are reporting a similar issue to yours, but definitely do the steps listed to eliminate these as possible culprits before joining the "Me Too" club.

Thank you very much for all the options! I'm including some logs (EtreCheck, Sleep Wake Failure and Kernel) here, the EtreCheck report points several times to the LaCie RAID, for privacy reasons I'm just including the major issues. I did reattach displays and the RAID as recommended and I ran Apple Diagnostics but found no issue (ADP000). My problems are very much the same as reported in that other thread. I'll see if the new layout of the display and RAID connection has an impact. In the meantime again many thanks.
There is an older thread with the exact same problem - I am having the EXACT same problem. My log is identical to your log - just hieroglyphs. I am on Monterey 12.2.1 and my Mac Pro (2013) crashes 3-4 times a day since very first release of Monterey.
PLS APPLE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS AND FIX IT!!!!

Perhaps. Never assume you have the "EXACT" same problem. Yes, it may appear very similar, but the source of the problem may be completely different.
Here is a user from several years ago who seems to have the same problem....they had an MCA error on a MacBook Pro (different hardware and different OS) where the issue was due to the driver used by their external RAID enclosure:

If the OP provided the requested information we would have a better idea on the details of the OP's Mac and its configuration. Plus the OP is correct that the external RAID could be contributing to the problem so the OP has several things to try there as I have already suggested (it may take the OP time to confirm or eliminate it as a problem depending on how the OP uses the Mac). Unfortunately troubleshooting can be an extremely long and slow process, but if steps are skipped important clues may be missed.
Just because the OP appears to have a similar MCA Error as others, does not mean that some third party software or externally connected device (or combination of devices) is not the real source of the problem. Now if all external devices are disconnected and we don't detect any issues within the EtreCheck report (or the OP tests with a clean install of macOS --- without restoring/migrating from a backup or installing any third party drivers), then I would feel comfortable saying this is most likely a compatibility issue with this Mac Pro and Monterey.
nothing to see in that report, it is either damaged or did not get stored properly for some reason. All that is human-readable is the device tree, a list of what hardware is present, and it seldom contains anything mysterious.
what other symptoms do you have?
thanks for looking into it. In regards to the symptoms, it is always the same: I leave the Mac Pro unattended for a while and when I log back in, it has restarted on its own. The only thing I can think of, it must happen when it is in sleep mode. The only device attached to it is a RAID, but sometimes it wakes from sleep without having restarted.
Etrecheck reports are intended to be pre-laundered of all personally-identifiable information. Not even the names of your drives are included "in the clear". Having the entrire report is very helpful, and omitting parts of it makes accurate diagnosis more difficult.
Readers (and the Developers) would like to know:
"¿what do you see as a violation of your privacy, that you would also like to see obscured or omitted?"
I have no experience with EtreCheck, I downloaded it only for purpose, but the report that I got was not stripped of personal informations, so I just included what I deemed necessary.
So far, the Mac Pro hasn't restarted yet, maybe the new layout of the connections did it.
Thank you very much!
