Screentime Downtime not allowed apps

under screentime the apps I have not allowed are still on hours passed downtime on my sons phone. They remain on even though under not allowed on his phone. How do I fix this? The apps are Roblox and Snapchat if this helps.

I am having the same issue. It’s the app not a website. I have my code set correctly and it’s is set to not allow but still shows.

Follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
  • Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions and enter your Screen Time passcode.
  • Tap Content Restrictions, then tap Web Content.
  • Choose Unrestricted Access, Limit Adult Websites, or Allowed Websites Only.

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod ...

You may have to set Screen Time Passcode correctly.
