I have a Iphone 12 and first gen airpods, the airpods worked well with my previous phone, Iphone 8, but ever since i got the new phone the volume is way too low. You can barely hear it at 50% and at full volume u could say it really is at 50% volume. I’ve tried to restart them and forget the device and connect again but nothing seems to work. Shameful by apple to be honest, not cheap equipment😆

A. Verify the Balance:
B. Use the App, Itself:
Depending on the application, it may have the ability for balance settings. So, overview the application.
C. Wiggle it Around:
What happens when you giggle it around al little bit. Does that fix it?
D. Clean Debris:
Clear Out Earwax: How to Clean your AirPods and EarPods - Apple Support. Use a microfiber cloth for this.
E. Reset These:

Do your Part: Report this to Apple. Apple may not get back to you, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what bugs are out there and what fixes to include in updates to come.
