Certain Bluetooth Devices connect to iPad but not to iMac

I pair my Sony headphones to my devices; and they show up on my iPad but not my M1 mac. Whats up; is there a good solution to fix this?

Most Bluetooth headphones can only be paired with one device at a time.


Unpair the Bluetooth headphones from your iPad and then see if they will pair with your iMac.
