Logitech Brio 4K Audio Loop Issue

I've updated the firmware and applied all mac os updates. still having regular looping audio issues. this works fine on my m1 macbook pro, but does not on my mac studio.

Same for me with my mac studio!

I had this same problem, and so far the above fix of using a USB-C to USB-C cable from camera directly to Mac Studio seems to have fixed the problem.

I have this issue also. In Zoom meetings, the first 5 minutes or so is fine. Then there appears to be an audio loop of the last syllable said before the audio goes haywire. Very frustrating.

I tried changing out the cable to a C to C cable. So far, that seems to be working. I won't know for sure until the next video meeting I have.

Interestingly enough, I've found that even with a C to C cable, the problem eventually comes back. It's just a much longer time before it plays up. At least days, sometimes a couple of weeks

Thanks so much for your assistance. I also purchased a condenser microphone as well just in case this was only a temporary fix. 😎

Same issue - on Apple Studio with the Brio 4K. Using a USB-C to USB-C cable. Still same issue.

After switching out the cables as Mark Hormann stated, I have no further issues. Everything working as intended.

Although it doesn’t seem to be a universal fix, it has worked for me. I have not had the audio loop problem since swapping cables.

Just wanted to thank you for posting this. I also updated my Brio's firmware after having the same problem. Hoping it gets fixed.

Same issue here on a Mac Studio. New cable didn't fix the issue. Anyone else found a solution?
