I open icloud.com on safari on my iPad and see only 'Find my iPhone' so request desktop site and have to log in again. Now I can see all the apps but they are all greyed out and have padlocks in the corners. I have Two-factor Authentication turned. The iPad is up-to-date on IOS12

You might be best advised to seek assistance directly from from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Get Support link at top-right of this page.


Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:
