Too Many Updates & Changes on my iPhone are Becoming Overwhelming to Me

Is anyone else feeling that there are too many updates and changes happening to iPhones? I myself would like to have the option to stop new changes except for the ones that protect my identity and security. Other than that, it is becoming exhausting to have to see all the new screens that replace the old ones and have to learn all kinds of new things that I do not want to learn. For example, my Weather app just got way too involved & the illustrations are so big that I no longer can see several cities at a glance as I used to be able to do, yet "they" took away times for sunrise and sunset. Every time I just get used to what's what, they change it all again. My iPhone is not my whole life yet it takes up way too much of my time. I'm starting to feel that I no longer want an iPhone.

The choice is yours whether you want an iPhone or not. NOTE that no matter which smartphone you purchase, there will be updates, upgrades and new features in an ever evolving category. There will always be attempts toward technological progress.

You do have a choice in the matter. You can stop and not update your phone at all. You can continue to use the same phone and same operating system without updating/upgrading either. If this works for you then fine. There will still come a time where technology will pass the capabilities of your current phone and things will begin to stop working. Choice is yours.
