Error message (-21345)

What's the fix for MacBook Pro (macOS Big Sur 11.6.4 with all the latest updates) connecting fine for printing with HP Envy 6455e printer but when trying to open scanner the following message appears: Failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.6
