I have bought a package on a golf app today payed but never revived the package but money went out of my bank account. Plus I have a translator app that I downloaded but decided against it but it’s now subscribed me without me knowing .

Random subscription to App Store Good evening! This situation happened: my niece accidentally signed up for an annual subscription to the application. I saw this after the bank tried to debit the funds from the card, but the card was inactive, so the bank refused. I couldn't update apps for 4 months due to incorrect payment information. As a result, I decided to top up the card so that it would be enough to pay $35 for the subscription and submit a random request for reimbursement. Funds have been debited, but the system does not allow submitting a request for reimbursement. The application was not used at all. What can you advise in this situation? How to return funds?

Can’t download the purchased app I typed in the information without any mistakes and confirmed the purchase on App Store. After that, the button still says that I have to pay for the app. I checked the purchase history and I also can’t find it but I received the message about the money is already taken. Is there any way to fix that?
