Built-in camera not working on MacOS Monterey 12.2.1

Ever since I updated to Monterey, my camera completely stopped working on my MacBook Pro 2016.

Nothing help: reset SMC, restarting, etc. All applications have access to camera.

Apple support, is there any way to fix?

I'm currently on Monterey 12.2.1

I rebuild the machine using a USB drive (Create a bootable installer for macOS - Apple Support) After a few hours it started again. I notice this happens when I am using IntelliJ Idea Ultimate. Has anyone else encounter this issue? Perhaps when doing something that will use up a lot resources? I don't mind going back to Monterey I just hate the long process of rebuilding/setting up a machine.

Thunderbolt Display black after update from Monterey to Ventura Mac Mini M1 After updating my Mac Mini M1 from Monterey to Ventura my Thunderbolt screen remains black. The M1 is working flawlessly over HDMI, the same for the Thunderbolt Display attached to a 2014 Mini with Monterey which I'm using right now.

Coincident with Monterey ?

Doubt it was the software upgrade but more an underlining issue elevated and exposed with Monterey.

I'm handing in my MacBook Pro for repairs today. Once I hear what the problem is I'll share it here in the hopes it might shed some light on wether it's hardware failure or software update related.

My 2017 did the same exact thing. They are claiming it is a hardware problem. ****** me off. Reminds me of them slowing down older phones to get more sales. It's crap.
