iPhone freezes when hit share button

It appears Apple support is sleeping .

wake up and resolve this basic issue.

Normal basic phone work better than this hyped apple phones

I have 12 plus ios 16 . Same issue am can’t share anything either from photos or from Facebook or any app incld LinkedIn .

it works for some time ( may b few shares) after u restart the ph and than it’s gives up n freezes .

pathetic support . I even went to support service Center . He reinstalled the os n I restored th Backup . Again worked in front of him and after coming home .. after a while .. same issue

very pathetic exp . Apple need to wake and stopping thumping their chest on the ph which don’t have basic functions working properly

Same problem continuing for me also despite multiple software updates.

I am using Iphone13ProMax. This is truly pathetic. I can barely use my phone for office work anymore as it is impossible to share anything. I really feel stuck.

Enough of iPhone. I am abandoning iphone and moving to Android. I had to reset and re-instal several times. It is not working anymore. I don't want to waste my time. Ditch iphone and move to Android.

I am having the same issue. On any app if I click the share button the app freezes and if I restart the app it will work fine till I click the share button again. The only way is to restart the phone. If works for few days and then again it start to freeze. Apple support please help.

I have the same issue. iPhone 13 Pro Max freezes when I try to share a photo, or a pdf document. I have had this issue on my phone for about 10 months. Apple actually gave me a brand new 13 Pro Max phone after the issue persisted after many OS reinstalls.

I believe I had to disable a Siri setting, that made the issue go away, and now the issue is back again.

Going by the number of people who have had this issue, Apple are you going to fix this issue or what?! I have withheld my M2 Mac Air purchase because I am loosing confidence in Apple as a consumer company.

I am facing same issue. If I hit share button from any app (gmail, whatsapp, from photos) phone hangs and I need to forcefully close the app but sharing never happens. This is very frustrating when you cannot even use your own email from phone to send important documents. My IOS is 16.2 iphone 11 pro max

Initially I thought it was my IPhone 12 that was getting old. Now I have a new IPhone 14 and still have the same issues. Every time I need to restart for forwarding link function to work. After the restart It works fine for few days and then again you need to restart 🙄

This issue is existing even after 1.5 update.

Have done that. Infact am on latest version which is 15.5 and still I am facing exactly same problem. App completely freezes and the ringtone or vibrate doesn’t work
