Question:
While attempting to download photos from my iCloud to my computer/laptop I receive a message "waiting for web courier push.apple.com”. What does this mean and can someone resolve this asap?
I had this same problem. I just talked to an Apple Support agent and then their senior advisor and they pretty much just said that you need to download a few at a time in order for it to work and there's no way to fix it. On my computer, I wasn't able to download more than 30 at a time which seems ridiculous, especially since they list a limit of 1,000 photos being downloaded at once on iCloud. I have over 9k photos to download so it will take forever to get those downloaded. Perhaps the limit is intended to make it more difficult to keep your photos outside of iCloud.
I really do not understand where the support is ! why they are not responding ... what do they have to hide here !! This is a bug and why they are not able to solve the problem!

I have the same problem. Apple should supply us with a way to download our photos to our computers asap. otherwise it would be a great ashame to company's reputation. Thanks for your helps.

No and Apple is ignoring the issue. I can’t download one photo
I had recently reported problems downloading more than 1 video file from the cloud....I have just discovered the problem was my Google Security setting.

Can you elaborate a bit more on that? What was the Google Security setting? How do we change that? Any detail would be really helpful as we might be having the same problem. Thank you.

I installed the app .. Where do I find the pictures?
When I had activated everything in the app, the photos were downloaded to a folder in my windows explorer called „icloud photos“. Keeping my fingers crossed it works for you as well.
Same problem. Can't get any to download now. This is unacceptable for a premium service.
