Waiting for ‘webcourier.push.apple.com’ message

I have this same issue. For me it is not related to photos but to a words.doc. This is crazy. I download this on my iPhone and it works but when I try to download it to my laptop, I get that same message.

Apple are you telling me I need to by an iMac now or whatever apple device? This is f*** crazy. So f** all the PC users right?

I can download one picture at a time. Once I am done, I am throwing my iPhone in the trash. I am done with Apple's iCloud abusive policies and horrible customer service. Samsung has won me over. Screw Apple, who needs their BS?

Because they just don’t care. They only care about getting your money and having you pay for crappy cloud storage that is useless because you cannot download your OWN media. Screw Apple, I have already moved to an Android phone and cannot be happier!

I fully agree that it is unacceptable. I don’t think of Apple as a premium service though. They have not risen to that level when they ignored their paid customers requests. They are not a premium service when they have us pay for something that we cannot use. I moved to Android and could not be happier!!!

I'm dealing with the same issue. We're paying them to store but we can't download them? I can't even download any pics. It's so frustrating. Honestly, I am resolving this issue by switching to Android. Apple has opened that door for me, unfortunately.

I am having the same issue. I am only trying to download one (1) single document. I get all most of my bills online for my company. Very frustrating. Help!

same here. Started April 9 for me. I could download as usual. Did one batch. All of sudden wouldn't download any. today I can download one at a time. Can't even do 4.

Same here, started with 900 earlier today ending with downloading 1 at the time at this moment. Still 8000 to go.

Apple, we need a sollution.

Agree this is ridiculous. Why don’t you be on the up and up about us being able to get to our pictures. What is the status of the class action suit ?

Same for me as everyone in this thread. Been downloading for several hours with no issues and now this all of a sudden! It is ridiculous that they have no answer or fix for this.

I also hope it gets fixed soon!
