Memory leaks

I run into this problem all the time. At the moment I only have Safari, mail and finder open and the activity monitor show I am using 6.3gb of ram out of my allotted 8gb ram supplied with my MacBook Air M1.

So my computer crashes all the time!

Not what I expect from Apple products!!!!!!!!

Apple fix this please!!!!!!

Describe how you recover from those crashes. Does a message appear such as described in If your Mac restarts and a message appears - Apple Support?
