Apple TV+ not recognizing my subscription

I just renewed my Apple TV+ subscription and am not able to watch the shows I was watching. It says I need to purchase subscription and when I click on it it says I am already subscribed. I’ve signed out and signed back in; turned tv off/on; closed all apps on TV; tried on my phone and my iPad. Nothing is working

You could also try deleting the Apple TV app and reinstalling it. If that doesn't work and since the issue is occurring on multiple devices, we recommend contacting Apple Support directly to look into the subscription issue.
