Can a 2021 MacBook Pro 16" be charged using an 85WMagSafe 2 power adapter

Can a 2021 MacBook Pro 16" be charged using an 85W MagSafe 2 power adapter. It comes with a 140 W MagSafe power adapter.

Refer to About Mac power adapters - Apple Support:


"If your Mac uses USB-C to charge, you can charge your Mac notebook with any USB-C power adapter or display. For the best charging experience, you should use the power adapter and cable included with your Mac notebook."


You can use any USB-C power adapter, but the 2021 MacBook Pro requires a MagSafe 3 connector.
