You may find some helpful replies in this old Discussion: just uploaded to Catalina. Cannot get rid of pop up "WSDaemon" can't be opened because Apple cannot check it - Apple Community

Speaking from personal experience I installed "Webroot" for evaluation purposes some time ago, and found it so difficult to eradicate that I restored a Time Machine backup.

Any of the below should be removed as per Developers Instructions

This includes AntiVirus, Disk Cleaners, Disk Optimizes, UnInstaller etc.

Ad Guard, Webroot

The The Built in Security is all that is required.

It's part of the useless Webroot security software.
