Mac - how to stop backup during sync
Hi
Is there any way to stop the backup step when initiating a sync from Mac Finder to iOS devices?
It can be skipped after syncing started but prefer not occur at all

Make changes to preferences—
From the Finder sidebar— hover your mouse over the Location>iPhone to cancel
If your device doesn't appear in the sidebar when connected ...
Locate and view your connected device on your computer
