My phone has been hacked.

I received an SMS on iphone 13 Pro from an unknown number, I did not open this message - I wanted to delete this SMS and clicked on it and saw a pop-up window with an offer to report spam and I pressed the button - ok. After - in the Iphone settings, I read that the extensions "Report spam (SMS/Calls) make it possible to send data to third-party developers - "the developer receives all the content of the message and all data. Such messages may contain verification codes from banks and other institutions, as well as other personal data." - I'm now afraid that someone could send me some encrypted program in this SMS, and the developer made a request to specifically mark it as spam and all my data has now been transferred to him. Is it possible? This stupid wording is written by Apple - which third-party developers?! What do Apple mean?!

Several my phones have already been hacked. I'm desperate again afraid that all this **** will happen again, and Apple doesn't even have a support service! Even Samsung has a support service - they quickly solved my problem, consistently explaining to me what I had to do with my samsung phone.
