IPhone 13 Replacement
recently I received an IPhone 13 from amazon and it has scratches around camera lens so how can I replace it?

Contact Amazon directly. They would need to replace it themselves assuming it was sold and shipped by them. If it was sold by a 3rd party vendor on Amazon and only shipped by amazon, then the 3rd party vendor is responsible for it and its warranty.
