Am I receiving the correct Logitech Combo Touch for iPad 9th generation?
I purchased an iPad 9th generation from the Apple Store recently, and also a Logitech Combo Touch with Trackpad keyboard that is advertised at the Store as being "for iPad (9th generation). Both were shipped to my home via UPS. But the Logitech keyboard's box is marked as follows: iPad (7th" and 8th" generation), which is not the keyboard shown on my order.
I contacted an Apple "specialist" and she arranged for me to return the keyboard to exchange for the correct one, which in turn I received yesterday. However this new keyboard is marked on the front and side of the box as being for iPad 7th and 8th generation, so I contacted Apple once more to explain that the keyboard is for an iPad 7th and 8th generation. The "specialist" I chatted with made arrangements for me to return the keyboard and have the correct one shipped to me once more.
The Logitech keyboard seems to work fine with the iPad 9th generation, but don't understand why it should be marked for iPad generation 7th and 8th only. Maybe the Apple Store has not notified the sales specialists about this keyboard?
