internet sharing is not sharing in Monterey 12.4

By not working i mean that it says that it is activated but in the top bar there is no up arrow (the usual one in the wifi the sign when i used to share) and my phone/other pc can not find any trace of that wifi.

I am using an ethernet cable over an adapter to my computer and the internet is working fine in my computer (i am using it rn).

What is the solution please? this feature is essential for me

Have you tried rebooting more than once since updating to macOS 12.4
