Mac mini (M1) use with iMac 27" Led-backlit display (2013)
Can I use the iMac 27" Led-backlit (2013) as the display for a Mac Mini (M1) ?

Can't be done and I have verified it with the same year iMac and there seems to be no magic wands, chants, or potions to make i work.
The best you can do is Screen Sharing via ethernet which may suffice for your needs if you are not doing anything graphically intensive.
