Time sensitive message failed to send

Since the last update I have been getting the notification, ‘time sensitive message failed to send’. This has become problematic for me as I am unable to respond to work requests to cover extra shifts (I work in an Emergency Department so there is need to be able to respond quickly). I have followed recommendations/suggestions others have proffered on this thread but nothing has changed. I receive text messages but it seems most I send fail. I need a fix for this as it is impacting on my work.

Hi RustyJ2112,

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. Have you worked through all the steps in this article? If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Have you contacted your carrier to make sure nothing is happening on their end?

If so, we recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance.

Take care.

Let me see if I understand you correctly. If you attempt to share a contact with someone, and I'm guessing here, if the contact you have contains a profile picture, you cannot share it, but if it does not, you can? Am I correct? I've never seen this contact before. How are you managing the contacts on your device? Are these profile photos ones that you inserted in the contact?
