Amount deducted but no funds Added

Hi,

I made a transaction of INR 100 to add funds, did not reflect in apple ID, zero support from Apple chat support and no proper response! how do i get my money back?

From the bank end it was a successful transaction! I also have a transaction ID of that, Apple chat people are not ready to check with my transaction ID! Is there any way the money could be added to apple ID or get refund! I honestly lost hope in Apple support! Any suggestions would be helpful!
