It’s not turning on with either of the recovery options
My mac was going through an update but got stuck at 28mins left. Now it’s not turning on with either of the recovery modes and neither is it going to the safe mode.

If you are stuck—
You can always force quit a shutdown by holding the power button/TouchID for ~6-10 sec.
Force Shut down your Mac.
Log out, sleep, wake, restart or shut down your Mac
Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
If your Mac doesn't turn on
