My iPhone 11 Pro Max has a little dent on the ear speaker grill, But no problems surfaced, phone still sounds okay.
Was just wondering if it’s going to cause a problem on the long run because I just got the phone or is it ideal that I just return it for a change or if it needs a repair and how much will it cost

In theory, if you purchased this phone within the last 14 days you can return it for either a replacement or a refund. However, even if within that period, if you caused the dent, Apple may reject it.
If after this time frame, only an Apple technician can evaluate the phone to see if there is any underlying damage (most likely not) that could be causing other potential issues down the line. As such, they would determine if a repair or replacement would be required, and inform you of such. The cost would depend on, whether or not, you elected to purchase an AppleCare+ plan with this phone.
