Smart Battery Case XR problems.

Hi, can anyone help me with this situation?

I've always used a Smart Battery Case with my Iphone XR. Despite the battery on the cover keeping in good condition, over time, the cover itself started to peel off and get in a very bad condition.

So I decided to buy a brand new case, exactly like the old one. But the new ones (I tried more than one) don’t work!

When I plug it into my iPhone, the case doesn't appear on the Control Center and doesn’t show any charge, even after charging it separately until the green light turns on.

Whenever connected to the iPhone, the cover only appears and shows charge (and only around 70%) when connected to the power cable... But doesn’t charge more than that, and doesn’t charge my iPhone either.

After disconnecting the cable, the cover soon disappears from the Control Center…
