How do I grant microphone and video permissions to Guest User Account

Hello - I've enabled guest user account but have run into a few issues in granting access to basic features. Is there a way to permit guest accounts to use microphone and video in the safari browser?

How to prevent remote screen recording or mic activation Some websites when accessed through Safari trigger the red banner at the top of the screen that indicates screen recording or microphone is active. I have never used or wanted to use screen recording and checked that in Safari’s permissions microphone is set to deny. How can I prevent such sites from recording me without consent. Alternatively, does the red bar (the one with WiFi, time, battery, etc, not an internet tab) indicate something else when using Safari? An example image is attached.

Cannot grant mic/camera permissions to apps (ex. Discord, zoom) Hello, I cannot seem to use any mic/camera feature in any third party app. My MacBook Pro is running macOS Monterey, fairly modern enough. My understanding is that these apps need to request for permission to use the microphone or camera, and as the user I would need to approve that in System Preferences. However, there are no requests for me to approve, and unlike the Accessibility tab where I can click a (+) symbol to manually add apps, I cannot do that in the Camera and Microphone tabs. I've looked online and it seems that this is a somewhat common issue for many, but I was unable to find any working solution. Discord and Zoom aren't able to use my microphone nor camera. I appreciate the safety features that are implemented in macOS, but it is now a hinderance and simply quite annoying.

Not sure without testing—however in a user account

>System Preferences>Security & Privacy>Privacy>> add Safari to Full Disk Access and then camera/microphone
