I got used iPad instead of new one in apple store
Where to Complaint ?
I bought new iPad from apple store dubai last month and found that the charging port was defective . I approached the apple store and asked to replace this defective one with new one as it was under apple care too
I was given new one and told its ok . At home , when I opened , I was surprised that iPad was not new - there were fingerprints and dust
I complained but I was told it’s new . Then they told me to wait till I get the mail for replacement . No message or no email has been given to me
I am surprised for such unprofessional service from apple
