I can't reset the keychains, it requests a password and my manual password for mac doesn't work

Hello, I don't know my keychain password, I've read that it's supposed to be the same as my Mac user password, but it doesn't work. I tried as well to change my Mac password, keychain still doesn't accept it. As well the option "Change Password for Keychain Login" is not available. And after I try to use the "Reset Default Keychains" option it asks for a password as well, so nothing works.

What might be the issue and how can I fix this?
