Water damaged iPhone XS won't start

Last night my phone fell in the water. And i thought it would be fine, because my iphone can get in the water for half a hour. But this morning my phone went dead and when i tried to dock it, but it didn't work. I get an apple logo on my screen, but then the screen goes black again. So it won't start up anymore. Even when I try to charge my phone. Can someone help me? I don’t have a lot of money, so idk what to do…

Unfortunatly liquid damage may have permanently damaged you iPhone's internal components.

Only Apple Technicians (at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider) can diagnose that issue after inspecting your device.
