why my MacBook Air m1 feeling vibrating while charging..when we touch the metal area around the trackpad.

You probably have an electrical issue with your home's electrical system (maybe even a surge strip if you are using one). You can try using a grounded AC Cord (aka Power Extension Cable) instead of the duckbill adapter on the charger. Here is the grounded AC cord for the US, but each region has their own version:

Using a grounded AC cord is only a band aide, you really should have an electrician check your home's electrical wiring as that can be a safety issue (both for you, your equipment, and even your house).
