Resetting / Restarting the phone helps for 1-2 days but the problem reappears. Some of the apps for which the notifications are not working are:

But when i choose not to close the app in the background i have observed i receive notifications but as soon as i close them it stops even tough the background app refresh is on!!

On top of this i have been experiencing the same problem for airdrop as well where i dont see popup on my phone just the haptic vibration.

Request everyone to share if they are facing similar issues or have solved it in any way, it would be of great help.

Apple needs to fix these basic issues ASAP since it affects day to day tasks.
