I am trying to activate an iphone13pro and one the prompts asks for my carrier pin, or the last 4 of my ssn. However, the keypad blocks the confirm or continue button so there is no way to move past this step. I have tried 6 times now.

Just to confirm, are you entering the PIN? If not, let’s try to enter the PIN and see if the keyboard moves out of the way after it’s entered. If that doesn’t work, the next step would be to restart the device.
