Apple Watch 7 burns…
So my fiancée was recently diagnosed with epilepsy, so we upgraded her watch from the series 3 to series 7, now she has used my series 4 and 6 as well, untill the 7 she never had any issues, shortly after a month of wearing it she got a red burn, it kept getting worse, raised and and darker red, she contacted Apple support, she was transferred around till we got to a Lady who asked a lot of questions and asked for photos, she even said that’s a nasty burn…..
she said she would send to the safety team and get back to us, or we could call back in 2 days, we choose to call back, we got another person who was like no response yet was provided they transferred us to a tier 2 support agent, his name was John he said that the safety team and engineers are still investigating the issue, he would personally call her back….
no call from John, so we call again and get transferred to another Tier 2 agent, and the investigation came back as she must be allergic to the watch and should clean it and learn to properly wear it….
as an Apple enthusiast, and love so the products I’m very disturbed at the level of care for peoples lives Apple is portraying by just brushing this off, my fiancée has a serious burn and has seen a Dr. It’s hard for me as I pushed her into switching from windows and android to solely Apple products we have an iMac MacBook Pro and several iPhones and iPads, we have had every Apple Watch from series 1 through to Apple Watch series 7, and only the 7 gave her the burn….
lost at what to do from here, attached is the photos of her wrist and it’s definitely not a rash.
