Potentially embarrassing and hard to manage emoji keyboard, native to iOS 10, ‘bounces’ back when scrolling for emojis about 3-4 seconds after scroll initiated. WHY is this happening and what’s a sure fire way to fix? Can’t believe Apple didn’t fix it w/10.5 update.

The current iOS is 15.6.1 for iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Yes I know that and I’m updated but it began with 10.5. I’ve (and others!) have been dealing with this for THAT LONG.
