Iphone 14 Pro Max, MS Teams, Airpods 3rd Gen A2564 Do NOT WORK

Hi,

I bought new iPhone 14 Pro Max and today I was connected for my monday meeting on Teams from my iPhone 14 Pro Max with my Airpods 3rd generation. However with multiple tests the users could not hear me, I could hear them fine. I tested with multple people, i even disconnected and reset the Airpods connection. I still have my OLD iPhone 12 Pro max and they still work fine with it. It has to be the above combination of Iphone 14 Pro Max, MS Teams, Airpods 3rd Gen A2564 Do NOT WORK. Please advise.

Thank you to both delon256 and chrishenderson, I was able to complete my Teams call after switching my audio to standard from isolation. Really weird how this makes a difference. Hopefully, Apple and Microsoft are watching this and will put a fix in soon.

According my test, It's has problem when I use data voice on iPhone 14 series because I had the same problem with use LINE application.

Yes, I did that experiment, where I disconnected my Airpods from the phone fully and then my iPhone calls were heard by the end users. But anytime I use my Airpods the calls are not heard by the end user.

Toggling from noise cancellation to Off or Transparency doesn’t work for me on 14 pro max, iOS 16.3.1 with the AirPod Pro.

The microphone is just bad with Teams. I’m forced to use my speaker phone option which is less than ideal.

I use my phone constantly for work and this is a big step backwards. Upgrading to the 14 may be a mistake.

Another piece of information... I still have my old iPhone 12 Pro max and the Airpods connection and call quality if perfectly fine using the same setup above except for iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Hi,

Yes, it works outside of Teams so far. I have not used all the apps that require the use of a microphone other than phone and Facetime.

Exact same issue with iPhone 14 pro max with iOS 16.1 and AirPods Pro - Every Teams call has a stutter at the receivers end -
