MediaremoteUI notification that can’t be cleared after updating to IOS16?

I have 2 blank notifications under mediaremote UI that can’t be cleared from my front lock screen. The notifications are literally blank no writing or anything. I don’t have an app called mediaremote or anything. Super confused, only appeared after updating my phone to IOS16, how can I remove them they’re blocking my view of any other notifications

Background App Refresh not working on any app. I have an iPhone 7 running iOS 15.7.1. Many apps are not updating their content while in background. Apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Twitter, instagram etc, Background App Refresh is enabled under Settings for all apps. This is NOT related to notifications. iPhone Pro 14 notifications not showing or making sound on Lock Screen My phone will not show or sound any notification when on Lock Screen. Notifications will sound and show when the screen is active. I have checked Settings>Notifications also Sounds and Haptics, also checked Focus... After checking everything I found out that the Notifications will work only when Bluetooth is turned OFF but I can't keep it off... Anyone having the same issue?

Double Notifications on iPhone I recently started receiving duplicate notifications on my XS Max. This is happening with 90% of my apps. This includes Facebook notifications, emails, etc. Any ideas? I'm running ios 13.4. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

This cleared all of my notifications but at least for the short term it worked. We’ll see how long it take for it to come back.
