If you guys have a problem with “AirPods Incomplete Setup in Find my Devices” Follow this instructions:
- Make sure your AirPods are connected to your iPhone and AirPods tied to your Apple ID.
- Go to AirPods settings, TURN OFF Find My Network.
- Go to settings and tap your name/Apple ID and chose FIND MY and then TURN OFF Find My iPhone & TURN OFF Share My Location.
- TURN OFF your iPhone and turn your iPhone back ON.
- Go back again to settings and tap your name/Apple ID and chose FIND MY and then TURN ON Find My iPhone and TURN ON Share My Location.
- Go back again to AirPods settings, TURN ON Find My Network.
- ALL SET, now you will see your AirPods in Find My Devices like a Normal.

If you are not on IOS16 then upgrade it.
If you are then,
In Settings->Bluetooth->Air Pods Pro-> Turn off Find my network
i had the same problem just after I bought them in-store. I tried this method after 3 resets. It worked and hasn’t stopped working since. Thanks for posing this!

This solution actually worked perfectly! Just remember you have to do it multiple times if you want to get it to work.
hold the pairing button on the case with the case open & go to settings > your airpods pro > find my & turn on & off the find my thing
The issue appeared to be the fact I had an older airpods still in the find my network. Once removed my pods pro’s showed as normal without the issue.
