I purchased my AirPods Pro 2 few days ago and I noticed a problem with the hinge. There is a slight play with the top lid and the hinge is giving a creaking sound. It feels like it will break. Disappointed from this quality! I am happy with my AirPods Pro but not with that creaking sound on the lid. It this just a product design or something to worry about and get it replaced?

The hinge of your AirPods Pro should not feel loose or make a creaking sound when opened. If this is happening with your AirPods Pro case, then we would recommend having them inspected for service or for an exchange since they were recently purchased. Just bought AirPods Pro 2 and I m having the same lid loose issue , should I change them ? Or maybe they all are the same and I will not have any further problem with that ? Please answer
I had 3 pairs all the same.
Also purchased from Best Buy. Same exact problem. Contacted Apple support. They said they would send a replacement case and never received it.
