You mean when you receive an email or send? or when you open an email and this takes 3-5 minutes? Either way, check the emails for large attachments from known source and perhaps connectivity / latency issues. Sometimes servers in your region may be the issue. Just for clarity, is it email or gmail?
I suspect the problem you are experiencing is due to installing piriform ccleaner please locate the developers uninstall instructions and then uninstall the app. After you have uninstalled please restart in Safe Mode per Safe Mode and then restart normally. Then run another EtreCheck report and look carefully if there are ANY parts of piriform cleaner installed on the computer.
Okay, there may still be pieces of that app left behind. Download the free version of FindAnyFile and have it look for anything that contains "piriform" and also "cleaner" and move to the Trash, then empty the Trash. Do another Safe Mode start and restart normally and test again.
Well it looks like you are going to have to give AppleCare a phone call and likely will have to take the computer in for service.

When I open my email and click on a message it takes 3-5 minutes for the message to appear.
I can not get the EtreCheck report to use the add text feature. it tells me body can't be empty??
Please re-read the instructions again. They work, you are simply making a goof somewhere along the line.
I deleted piriform ccleaner, started in safe mode then stated in normal ran a new Etrecheck. Im still having the same issue?

Followed your instructions and deleted "piriform" and "Cleaner" files. Some I could not delete that said it needed "root" permission that I don't know nothing about. The issue still is not resolved ?
