Hi Sun-India,
Have you tried the latest (21 Oct 2022) drivers from Canon?

(-> Drivers -> Compatible Operating System macOS 13)
If necessary, reset the printing system and re-add the printer:

Thank you Jan. I have just tried it and it still doesn't work. When I go to add printer, it's just not there. Any other ideas?
new Mac Book pro 16", OS ventura13.1, new printer from HP colour laser M283fdw, added the printer (AirPrint). Can not duplex print. I can from another Mac with High Sierra 10.13. Solution?
Hello teeg1954,
You're welcome! Glad to hear that an Ethernet connection worked.
Me too , CannonMG3570 not woking after I change to ChipM1 with Ventura.
Is anyone using a monochrome laser printer wirelessly (on wifi) with a mac running OS 13+?
If so, tell us your story...
Tech Guy (Not Affiliated with apple) here!
I don't see any drivers for Ventura, but your Mac should be able to work with the printer due to a feature called "Airprint" that lets your printer and computer communicate.
When you say it's not working, does the computer not see the printer on the network? Or are you getting any errors?
I recently purchased a MacPro 16 inch laptop. It has the latest Ventura software. I installed the Abobe Creative Suite which I pay monthly. I use photoshop and lightroom. I also installed the microsoft 365 package so i can use excel and word. I use a Canon Pro 1000 printer and I installed the latest printer drivers. I have full functionality with the Canon printer when using Adobe and Microsoft office packages. I recently installed the Hallmark Card Studio ($40) and found that on print, it only has two options: US letter borderless and A4 borderless. Hallmark tech support washed their hands in the matter and pointed me to making sure I had the latest OS software and Canon software (which I have). They also pointed me to this site (discussions Apple) for further help.
I wanted to print on greeting card stock (5 by 7 inches/10 by 7 paper). The system settings for the Canon does display various paper settings options such as the greeting card setting. There is a disconnect between the Hallmark software and Apple and Canon. I have Christmas card already to be printed and now I am stuck unless I go buy 8.5 by 11 inch Card Stock paper. I tried to send the Xmas card file to my windows based PC that has an earlier version of Hallmark Card Studio but it is incompatible plus the newer version is internet based.
Is there any solution or do I request refund from Hallmark?
