Mail problem: Apple Mail is dumping all incoming mail in my "Junk" box.

I've had a lot of trouble with "junk" in my Apple Mail system. I'm running Ventura 13.0.1 on an M1 Mini. At various times I have received a lot of JUNK mail, so in addition to condemning certain email addresses on my Earthlink email website, I started using Spamsieve as well. Now I'm not so sure that was a good idea. Whatever, At this point ALL my incoming email goes into the Junk mailbox, and it retains its ID as Junk, so nothing I do can bring it back to the "good" mail inbox. The "good" box now ends at Sept. 25, and there are a host of other problems-I have three email accounts, which doesn't help. Is there any way to "Reset" Apple Mail?

First you may want to uninstall Spam Sieve, at least temporarily, in case it is responsible for this overzealous behavior.

Second, check any and all Rules you may have that may be marking mail as junk.
