Stickies won't open since Ventura upgrade

Hey, folks! Upgraded to Ventura 13.0.1 yesterday, after installing the last Monterey update beforehand. Upon the first post-Ventura restart, Stickies would not open. I get the "Stickies quit unexpectedly" error box, with options to re-open (doesn't work, just goes same error), ignore, or report. I reported it once. Restart doesn't help. Have tried several times, always with same error message.

Any tips?

With the Affect Application Closed completely Hold the SHIFT key and try to launch the Application again.

This is a Safe Launch of the application.

Still issues >>

1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drives from loading

3 - Does the issue present in this mode ?

I really appreciate your time and help. But unfortunately, the problem persists.

1) I dl'd Malwarebytes and ran a scan. It detected zero problems of any kind.

2) I reinstalled Ventura from recovery mode as instructed.

3) I deleted VMWare (which is seldom needed for work; I primarily was using it on the rare occasions when I needed to run Windows on my Mac).

Stickies app will still not open.

Here is a new EtreCheck report.
