My apple pay double click is not working. I have mirror my phone and it does work on there. It stopped working after the update.

Apple pay stopped working at till
Recently I had turned on AssistiveTouch in Accessibility. I had turned it off and Apple Pay was not working from the Watch, I turned AssistiveTouch back on, then turned OFF the “Confirm With AssistiveTouch”, then turned off AssistiveTouch, and the ApplePay worked again, showing the “Hold Near Reader” when you double tap the side button
This does not work. I turn on assistive touch and don’t see a place to confirm or try it out. I double click and I get a list of apps.
