I want to update my airpod pro. and I see the step by step process on how to update to the latest version. but the problem is when I connect my airpods pro to my iphone. the airpods will be detected or connected when the case is open. but the steps says that the case is close indorder to update. but when I close the case, my airpods will be disconnected. pls help me. I heard static and cracking sounds
