AFE-1004 error with spectrum app

Super frustrated….did all the trouble shooting that spectrum said. App is working fine on phone, computer, iPad, but not on the Apple TV. Spectrum says it is an apple issue. Apple says it is a spectrum. For 4 years I had no issue. Came back from thanksgiving and now it doesn’t work…any suggestions. I have deleted, redownloaded, unplugged, replugged, had the router pinged, and everything else….please help??

I’m having the same problem. It happens every minute or two! Odd thing is, I have 3 TV’s with Apple TV’s attached and only one gives me the error message. It is the 4K model and the newest of the 3. The other 2 are HD models. Spectrum is the only app where I get the error message. If I watch a show through the network app, like ESPN, I have no trouble. If I watch the same show through the spectrum app I get the error message. I realize this doesn’t answer your question but maybe will help lead to an answer.
